Das Restaurant Weißes Rössl ist das älteste noch bestehende Traditionsgasthaus der Stadt Bozen und wird seit dem Jahr 1957 von der Familie Anrather geführt. Das Lokal liegt neben dem Naturkundemuseum, wo der neu gestaltete Gruppensaal und weitere Stuben Sie als Gäste willkommen heißen. Die typische Tiroler Küche wird sehr geschätzt.
